(no subject)
We adopted a dog yesterday. We named him Rufus. He is well behaved and very friendly to people, kids, cats, and dogs. He is not friendly to bugs, however. He will chase them down them chomp them into oblivion. He also likes to carry around and chew on sticks or bones, but will not, as of yet, fetch them. Thought some of my friends would want to see him.
He will make a nice addition to my string of scoundrels from here to Bloomington. I still love them all.
Sarah and I plan on adopting an older dog from the shelter next and taking in a stray cat (missing part of an ear and part of its tail) around my mother's place that has taken a liking to Sarah. That will be January at the earliest, though.
