Is it wrong to judge an IT guy after you watch him trying to insert a floppy upside-down?
Transit types: check out Google transit. It only provides Portland data for now (those Portland bastards have everything) but it's pretty sweet.
MIT types / Apprentice types (if any): Do you think Randall is going to win? I thought so before the project started, but now I don't have the sense that he's divvying up tasks well. Anyone going to the alum screening of the finale at Kresge?

We're hiding over 50 travel kits of Preserve products in random Zipcars around Boston... each kit contains a Preserve toothbrush, Preserve Razor Recyclable and Preserve Flavored Toothpicks." Wow. It's hard to convey just how little an amount of fun that is.
The latest episode of The Office (which is great and I won't take any of your guff) represented some kind of business-model Nirvana for Apple: if you have an iPod it leads you to the online music store, the store sells episodes of The Office, and this episode prominently featured an iPod. It's heartwarming.
