Rice (1 cup uncooked per 2 ppl)
Dehydrated textured soy protein (1/2 cup per 2ppl)
Dehydrated vegetable mix ( 1/5-1/2 cup per 2 ppl)
Dehydrated coconut milk (½ cup d.c.p + 2 cup water = 2 cup milk)
Spice mixture: cinnamon stick (1 per cup of rice), cardamon pots (2-3 per c.r.), allspice, clove, salt, pepper to taste

Instructions:
It's actually very easy to make, but comes out very flavourful and aromatic. Plus it is very filling and doesn't feel heavy.

Just start making rice in water, putting cinnamon sticks and cardamon pots right in with rice, then when water gets to boiling point add coconut milk powder, then everything else, stir and let it cook till the rice will get to your favourite texture.
Can be eaten with spoon, fork, or even chop sticks:)

I was making it for 20 people.
