"I want my children to grow up and be normal people like me and my father and my grandfather was," said Ziad Nimri, 41, a salesman and a Democrat who lives in Spokane, Wash. "I don't want my children to start getting ideas. They see it's out in the open and you see men kissing men on television these days."

Mr. Nimri said he was also worried that if gays were allowed to marry, they would get other rights too, like tax benefits. "Because they're a minority, they're going to start actually giving them more privileges than normal people would have," he said. "Minorities always tend to get more than your average person does."

one, mr. ziad nimri, how in the hell arent you a minority?

two, minorities always tend to get more than your average person does? oh, yes. YES! we cant have 'dem minorities getting the best of the normal people, eh? you know minorities are sometimes assisted because they are born socially and financially with less privileges than you, ziad? why? because of people like you that call yourself a normal person simply because you arent a minority. its a system of balance that im sure is hard for you to understand since you probably majored in digging shit out of your ear.

ill try to remember all of my privileges when my rights as a human being are moving to be forbidden by the constitution. gay marriage should naturally share the ranks with equal crimes, such as slavery.
