So long and thanks for all the fish!!
It was rather odd packing everything up today in the lab...turning over my papers, removing my name from my drawer, and purging my files. Some part of my life is suddenly missing. But, at least classes are now completely over!
And I napped a lot. And got some work done.
And then went on a date!!! Steve and I went to Patterson's for dinner, then to the movies. So I finally got to see Hitchhiker's Guide (Kevin would be proud...or angry that I've now seen it before he has), and did something geeky at a movie (I took my towel :). I feel rather accomplished in my geekiness now. And yes, thanks for all the fish! But really, I just want a point-of-view gun!!!! Kinda like Steve wants a Max (if you've never seen Flight of the Navigator, you wouldn't understand). No, Steve has not ingrained sci-fi into me, my family did that long ago. Which brings me to....
Movies I want to see!!:
Star Wars III: Yeah, it may suck, but I figure it's Lucas' last chance to redeem himself, plus the fights look kickass. Yes, I just said that. It's way past my bedtime.
Batman Begins: Oh yeah...this movie is gonna ROCK!!! And I WILL go see it in theaters.
