Forest Park, Springfield Mass.

Forest Park is a huge city park, with tennis courts, a zoo, duck ponds, and a large tract of woods which appears to have overgrown a more manicured park in recent decades. I usually go there every time I visit my parents, especially if I'm with Charlie.




Look for the tree with the corkscrew bark damage.



What caused that?



I've found several lone park bench halves while exploring the park.
