i cannot express the bliss about gay marriage. I was so excited yesterday. Its so beautiful, inspiring, historical. I feel so overwealmed with joy for those couples but also that some states (my future residency for 4 years) are starting to take leaps forward. These leaps are needed especially in times when the President says that Brown v. Board of Education was Judicial Courage and then denounces massachusetts as Judicial Activism that should be alliviated. Whatever, Massachusetts did the right thing, and it is truly amazing that america has become the fourth country to have legalized marriage for everyone. Although i am angry about bush, the actions of people getting married and the celebrations in the street show actual progress and for that i am so happy. I realize Bush wont be able to do anything because people dont' want discrimination in the constitution. i am so happy! horray for progress! Horray for massachusett! Horray for those lawyers and judges who took great COURAGE to make change....happy times are here!
