it became almost-summmer without me noticing. it's 5 to 7 and the sky is just beginning to consider darkening. Last time I took notice, it was getting dark around 5. that didn't seem like it was so long ago.
Man, I want to play hockey at state level again. Went to the women's vets nationals on the weekend, I want to play hockey in front of a crowd, it's so exciting. I miss high level competition. On a bright note, I can still get in for the under-17 price. I choose to consider that a good thing because it saves me $2. I didn't think i looked 16, but whatever.
Musically, has anyone else listened to Tom Waits' Real Gone? Great album. I've started playing my saxophone again. Fuck it feels good. Although it hurts my wrists.
You know what is sad? The bit in Milo and Otis where the first one finds a mate of his own species and the other doesn't understand. Why did I think of that?
