Rejoice! Yet another fine day has dawned upon me!
Classes were no sweat today. For FYS we just watched a movie on how a certain steel foundry had horrible working conditions. Next I went to a Plunkett Hall meeting about the recent vandalism. It was very informative and resolved a lot of unresolved questions, especially the one about who was going to have to pony up the dough. Scientific Inquiry was a cake walk as Dr. Rood let us out after signing attendance. The man ought to be inducted into the teacher's hall of fame just for doing that. Because my SCIINQ class was cut short I did some laundry and got some lunch while I waited for the wash to finish. Unfortunately, I must have left something red in there because all my whites came out slightly pink. I've got to pay more attention next time. But the real icing on the cake for today was that I made a 92 on a six page essay that I had slaved over. That monster took me a good four days to finish! I guess what they say is true: the more you put in, the more you get out. To celebrate, I goofed off and went swimming for an hour or so. The water was freezing, but the sun was out so that made it ok.
