Well the American Thanksgiving holiday season has ended and it's now getting into the last few weeks before I start school again. yay! Speaking of which, Wednesday I have to go take a math placement test/ enquire about various things regarding registration/placement for other classes. It'll be a good look as to what it'd be like to commute everyday (which is something I don't want to do, but I may have no choice for this next semester. we'll see...). I've yet to start working at Gino's again, but I'll undoubtedly be working there within at least a week to collect the lucrative tips given during the christmas season (even though I'm sure the oh so gratuitous citizens of Islip will still manage to skimp me).
There are some things to be legitimately excited about, though. For new year's I'm going to be headin' down to Texas to for a few days; San Antonio, to be exact, to visit my friend Rebecca and partake in the wild Texan new year's scene. I might even get to go play cello in a music festival in Austin! No matter what, it should be a haze of pot, alcohol, and fun, and I can't wait! :) Then perhaps another trip up to Montreal before classes start?
Hope everyone had a good thanksgiving! (Canadian thanksgiving for my readers north of the border. and yes, i know it was a month ago, and i was there)
