Busy Day

Wow... a day off. :-) And such a wonderful start too. :-)

The pups had me up and out for a walk at 6am this morning. Yes, that's the norm around here, regardless of when I went to bed or if I work that day or not. And that's OK. The city is so quiet at that time of day and the walk is actually enjoyable. And since it is a day off work for me, I went back to bed after the walk. I think I woke a bit when D got ready for work and left. And then I remember waking to Sasha barking her head off at something. She was looking at the front door and when I looked down the stairs and out the window on the door I could see that there was no one on the porch... so I went back to bed. A short time later I woke up thinking that there was something odd going on. I remembered Sasha barking and not seeing anyone outside at the time but there was something wrong with what I did see. I was lying in bed, convinced that I had seen bunny ears poking up over the bottom of the window. Weird huh. Well, I put it down to a dream and got up, showered and walked the pups again. On our way back home I stopped to check out the front door and you would not beliver what I found.

Here it is.

Easter Elmo

Imagine my surprise to find that Easter Elmo had stopped by my home so early. And such a wonderful basket just full of goodies for us and the pups. :-) Brightest Blessings to that little hoppy. XOXOXOXO

On the garden front... we have an assortment of crocus popping up here and there. Though the chill weather and weird snowfalls the last couple days has beaten up the blooms some. Today's warmer weather and sunshine has helped.
My seedlings are coming along well. The tomatoes have their second set of leaves and are doing well. The onions and chives are growing well as are the other seedlings. Here are a couple pics.

Cherry and Grape Tomotoes

Onions and Chives.

Oops, that was the Groomer calling to say that Sasha is ready to be picked up. It's Spring so the girls are taking turns going to the groomer. Keira yesterday, Sasha today and Ainslee next Saturday. Getting them all pretty for Spring. :-)

Well, Hope you are all having an beautiful day.

XOXOXOXOXO
