My wrists, elbows, and shoulders hurt.
For the last 3 weeks I've been going to a breakdancing class. This week, I made the mistake of practicing the two days before the class. It turned out this was a bad idea, as the aforementioned parts of the body tend to not be prepared for that much exertion.
Breakdancing is strange in that it expects you to have a lot of upper body strength, and yet it also expects your muscles to be flexible. The style also expects that you have good balance, as any time you have to walk on your hands upsidedown or spin on your knee it's almost entirely based on your ability to balance.
Despite all the physical ills I think I feel better from all the excercise and I'm going to stick with the class.
