It's my last week of classes for the quarter, so I wanted to get this out before the madness ensues. Message to all of you now silent feedbackers: Stop it, please. Thank you.
I like that point. Ashley is absolutely being poked and prodded in this process--by everyone. And she seemingly takes it all in stride, which has got to make you wonder why and how.
And I get it. Clearly I need a side-story totally told in Kat's perspective because she's being so well-received.
I think you're right that Spencer has been orbiting a bit. I don't think it's a accident that it's been since the arrival of Robin into the story and it'll definitely start to shift as more of Spencer's storyline is revealed. It's hard to have an equal protagonist in her character because the reader shares a secret with Ashley and there's a character/reader/and even writer bond that goes along with that. But in spite of that secret, Spencer definitely has a lot to tell and she will...in time.
Answers to Questions: -Maybe. -"Morris" came from a couple chapters back when Kat called Ashley that at the coffee shop as a reference to the "Saved By the Bell" character, Zack Morris.
