This weekend has been really productive for me. While I don't know if I got a lot of things done, I at least got further on several projects that desperately needed my attention. Namely, the horde of research papers that decided to rear their ugly heads. But, I'm slowly working my way through those, with all the research I've been doing.
I don't have to work at all this week, so I'm really happy about that. (Work as in my job work). It's also a weird week, since I go to school Monday, have Tuesday and Wednesday off, and then go back for Thursday and Friday. I can understand having Wednesday off, since it's Rememberance Day, but Tuesday, and not Monday? It's really weird. I don't know what the University people are thinking.
Still, more chances for me to get ahead on my essays. And maybe my Big Bang fic, since I kind of slowed down on that. At the very least I'll get some more typed up. (Jumped into the 16000 word range. Only 2000 more words till I meet my goal. Which is to post the fic with 18000. It still won't be done.)
Over all, I do feel rather proud of myself. Maybe now I'll be able to do a few things guilt free. Like work on 358/2 Days, which has been on hold for at least a week now. Maybe longer?
In other news:
With regards to the events in
plutoix, tagging with song lyrics is really difficult. It's hard to find ones that are appropriate.
Thankfully, the winter anime season does not hold a lot of interesting anime for me. I get a brief reprieve, and hopefully on winter break I can get caught up on some of the stuff I'm watching. I hope to at least be able to finish the main HunterXHunter series, and then move on to the OVAs.
Continuing BSG would be nice to. I've been working on rewatching season 3 for a month. I am on Torn. Speficially the begining. Yeah.
Offically should not be allowed in bookstores anymore. I see too much stuff that I want but can't buy. A Fables novel, new Terry Pratchett book. I have no time to read them, and have a pile that I need to get through.
