ok... i think i'm finally over livejournal not saving my entry... so here I am, trying again.
what the hell has been happening to erika since my last entry.
Christmas: Went pretty well. Had some family over, Oliver and Ragan came over, got me gift certificates to St Vital. My mom bought me an Princess Erika Barbie Doll. Honestly, how often can you find one of those. That was really sweet of her. Ted bought me a white gold diamond necklace. I'm surprised though that Ted didn't know I only wore yellow gold. go figure. Don't get me wrong, I still love it, its super pretty. Jimelaine got me my shopoholic book as well as my alicia keys DVD. I've already seen 1/2 of it. I LOVE IT. Mandy bought me umm.... a vibrator from her store, as well as a picture frame of us. Her mother bought me a scarf, mitt and toque set. Romi got me a cow, a gift certificate, chocolate and a dragon. It's pretty awesome that Romi and I have been really close this past month or so. I really appreciate him for being... him.
New years: Besides the fact that was getting ticked off at the young american assholes that were trying to ridicule canadians at the bar, as well as the pushers and shovers on the dance floor, i guess new years was fun. Took a lot of pics, got to hangout with mandy, ted and friends.
You know what sucks, I had a cold during the holidays, a really bad cold. I finally got over that around new years, and guess what I got today. THE FLU. I'm fighting it off as best as I can, but who knows. My head was throbbing this morning, a long with a tingle in my throat, the roof of my mouth is irritated and my nose is starting to plug up. I've been scarfing down ecanecea, vitamin c's and tylenol flu. I'm not sure if they're working but hopefully I'll be up and ready to go tomorrow.
I think i'm going to lie down now.
