This place. Well, at least things seem to have quieted down, for the time being. There are no major earth holidays coming up that I'm unaware of, are there? Nothing that would give the Deities cause to drown us in marinara sauce again, or so forth.

Have you been here in the city long? There's so many people that it's easy to not cross paths even after several months.

Are you from somewhere much smaller?

Well I haven't been many places outside of the academy I attend, so I know most everyone. You could say it's pretty small. We're not really supposed to leave campus except on allotted days. Though...since my adoptive father is the headmaster, I sometimes get to make errand visits into town.

It was around the middle of September...at least according to the calendar here in the city. It was already winter in my own world when I left.
