Our equipment plan for Maui has been set. We are going to rent high end equipment from a shop on Oahu. They will Fedex it to our hotel room on Maui and when the week is over we just have to ship it back. This includes 2 high end lenses and one shotgun microphone. I will be bringing my full rig, one giant tripod and one small tripod. I have excess memory cards and a 1TB portable hard drive. This is my test to get really good pictures so that I can do the same thing when we go to Europe. I'm not satisfied shooting with mediocre stuff anymore. If the pictures suck then I know it would have been my fault.
