So, as many of you have probably noticed, it's summer. And now that I'm
finally done with college, I actually feel like READING again.
Here's a rundown of the books i've read so far:
I actually read this during school, but it's worth posting.
Probably the funniest book I've read since "Good Omens." If
you're into dysfunctional relationships, pick it up, you won't be
disappointed. Based on the author's web site:
http://www.thingsmygirlfriendandihavearguedabout.com/ Also very
funny.
This took me a month to read since i started it right after "Things"
during school. But that's not to say it wasn't a great
book. Also very funny.
I read this in 4 days. Amazing military description and
extrapolation. Very powerful allegory of the Vietnam War by a
veteran. Short, but a great read.
What I'm starting now:
I've had a few friends say they love this book. Apparently the
descriptions and the fight scenes are amazing. It's almost 500
pages, but hopefully it'll be worth it.
