But it's all jiggy baby, wanna know why? It's cuz I went insomniac and loaded up loads of pics from xmas in Ohio, all the way upto now, so here we go.....
Xmas in Ohio.
God damn it was cold out there, I thought being from a country that has shitty ass weather, that I'd be accustomed to snow. Except i'd never seen more then half an inche of it in London before. So you can believe that I tried to hibernate through winter when the 6 inches of evil whiteness bum-rushed the state of Ohio.
But it's all good, the Kropfs made me feel better about it, we had log fires to keep us warm and their xmas spirit could warm the festive spirrit of Ebenezer. So no bah humbugs here. Actually I was spoilt. Coming from a funked up single parent urban family where all your friends are in the same situation, you think it's the norm and that functional families we're a thing of the past. But here I was sitting in something that I could only describe as a fairytale experience of family life at xmas. Going on a drive together to choose and cut down a tree or listening to xmas songs infront of a fire, stuff I'd never really done before.
Maybe it's just one of the many contrasts between US and UK I've noticed but like many things, they really put the effort into the holiday season in OH, I'll admit some of them go over the top on those xmas lights outside, but it's all good.
Heh, I was talking about typical US things we hear about in the UK through media and such but that we never get in the UK, like kool-aid and twinkies and stuff and how i wanted to try them out to see what the fuss was about. So Twinkies was definately on that list. So, xmas morning, santa had come... Looks like someone put a good word in with the big guy cuz magically I'd been taken off santa's naughty list.
So there's presents for me,I got some really nice stuff, really, I was spoilt. So I open a big square shaped one and HOT DAMN! Infront of me is the biggest box of twinkies ever
So I munched, and when Mark's bro Matt drove up, we froze a bunch of twinkies and deep fried them in blueberry pancake batter. Yeah, piggy wiggy styleeeeeee but it's all good.
So Mark got me a present, it was in a huge ass box..... huge ass box, dude must have gone mission impossible stylee to wrap it.
And inside was non other then SONIC 2 ADVANCE for my GBA, friggin sweet, I've been rinsin it hardcore on my GBA, non stop fun, so yeah huge ass box couldn't go to waste so i turned it into a pitare ship and took to the seven seas
So, my memory is kinda bad and shit but here's a couple more pics cuz I gotta Trogdor t-shirt for xmas, so that makes me better then you.
