So I'm at the weight I want to be at...now I have to fine tune and lower the bf%.
This is tricky...do I up the cardio or hit the weights hard? Step up that calorie deficit or build enough lean mass to up the metabolism?
I'm going to try doing morning runs on the daily and see how that goes. I figure if I can step up my calorie burning game then I can pretty much eat what I want (clean of course i.e no refined and junk food). Thing is, I might start looking extra lean for while I strip off the fat before starting on a bulking cycle again.
That's the plan...and I'm sticking to it.
