Once upon a time, a military base was converted into a prison, and the warden's house was a luxurious fifteen bedroom home with an exquisite waterfront view. The only catch...it was mere feet away from an asylum of the country's most hardened criminals. Despite this, it's said he did not lock the doors, and a trusted inmate looked after the vegetable garden.
Abandoned and dilapidated, only a shell remains,
the fireplace stands, though the living room floor has been replaced by wildflowers. Concrete is worn, cracking, but the frames of windows reveal where ivy did creep as they silhouette the sky.
