A mixed bag
I finally cleaned out the camera I got for Christmas last year. 159 pics! There's bits and pieces from all over
for Example this is last Saturday at the airport (it's the white one with the red stripe but ignore that).. do you see it?
I didn't either but she had to be there I could hear her. And then she ran across the road in front of me
She was trying to lead me away from her nest! I imagine that works better when Jr. doesn't follow you >.< Of course if she'd kept her mouth shut I would never have known they were there at all.
At my mother in laws house Christmas morning. The state bird stopped by.
Her yard was full of finches, hummingbirds and a Squirrel and quail, that won't hold still for one damn second while you take their picture. And suddenly they were GONE.
And he showed up! I'm not sure what kind it is but it loves their yard almost as much ad the quail do.. probably for the quail.
This tree was in the parking lot at the ice cream parlor my brother took me to in Ohio ..In December! The ice cream was good in spite of the snow and the tree was amazing! I'd love to know what kind it is. The oranges and reds are just too pretty.
I forgot to mention that this is in Orange and Los Angeles Counties in CA. Except the tree that's in Ohio somewhere around Dublin.
Also that noise little bird is apparently a sandpiper.
