I'm sorry Kelly but I just don't think you should have such editorial control over what goes over this list, we are all adults, and hurt feelings are easily mended. As long as we aren't directly insulting each other, things are fine.
I suppose as long as you are only giving warnings, that is fine, but vetting emails before they go over the list is a bad thing.
And the reason I'm not sending this to you privately is that I don't think something like this should be a private discussion. It involves all of us, therefore should be discussed openly and frankly.
