ITS FRIDAY!!!!
Yea!! Its Friday!! Today was all kinds of sucky.
I had 2 tests, one in Astronomy and one in cultural anth. I can't
thank Doc enough for the astronomy class last year.
then we went to the East King Street Improvement District. yeah. I was totally surprised when I came home without being riddled with bullet holes. It was sooo much walking (1h30m) and it was all up hill. so much fun.
We went into this condemed building that they are going to refinish or turn into 21 efficency apprts. Which totally sucks because it (under all the dirt) really beautiful. there is (i think) original mercer tile in one of the rooms and original stained glass. Which, if they destroy it to make the efficency apprts., will be a shame because it is irreplacable. I hate developers.
We also went inside a 1770s -1780s house which was either 14 or 21 feet across but super deep and three stories. it was also super cool.
On the way back then decided to feed us what passes for luch on an MU trip. deep fried meat or cheese pasties and assortment of drinks.
All in all the trip was cool. Not cool: the test we had when we got back. but that was ginormously easy.
My anth prof is so cool but everyone hates her. Apparently she is too weird, because she studies breastfeeding and cosleeping (mothers sleeping with their babies). I hate close minded people. You came to college to learn so... ARGH ARGH!
