I took this yesterday on a bit of a pilgrimage to my old college in Hyde Cheshire England....the 1972 local govenment act brought in by the Tories killed many towns. Hyde was thrown into Tameside which over the years made Hyde an ugly sister...thus this Tech School and Free Library has been allowed to rot for years it is up for sale and am surprised it has not turned into a Kabab Store.
