becoming one

We did it! Today has been the first day we have really took it easy. No one tells you there is heaps to do after a wedding. Today we went in to town to the Farmer's Markets and got some fresh fruit and vege. Ate pastries, drunk ginger lattes, Adrian had some poffeterges (not like his Oma's or even his!) and most importantly held hands and walked leisurely. We went to the Bank. We cashed some registry cheques and cash, I bought my brother a flatting cookbook (Edmonds style) for his upcoming bday. That boy needs to pull the budget strings AND learn to cook for himself (even just the basics!). We ate frozen yoghurt topped with rhubarb sauce and chocolate nibs.

I am in the process of writing about bits of the wedding which I will post in bits. So many memories to capture. It was an amazing day, fill of so much love. In the meantime you can see some sneak peak photos HERE (more to come later). If we get 20 comments on the actual blog we get some money of our album (albums are expensive and we def have to save up for that one!). So it would mean so much to us if we somehow got there. I love messages too. Thank you for the congrats from people via text or facebook and what have you for the day. I def have felt a lot of love lately, so awesome.

I am so exhausted. I was running on adrenline for awhile I think. Now we have slowed down my body has been telling me to take it easy. I think I need a nap! I havent had one in awhile and I think I deserve it. So many people keep telling me how awesome we did but it means the most from my guy who keeps telling me what a great job I did and how it came together. Means more because I know how hard it was with my health and to know that we pulled it off - priceless! And yes, somehow it was all worth it (never thought I'd say that!).

Being married is different. We've never been more loved up before. We still have those outside stresses but our love feels so sacred and untouchable. It feels so special! We are beacons of lights for others too and bring more love into exsistance through our own love and that feels pretty special.

wedding, marriage, money
