Here's the first part of a new story my little ghost self has been witnessing...
Yamapi has found the perfect flat but let's say that his neighbours are a bit unusual...

The perfect flat - prologue
Yamapi thought he had found the perfect flat : nice space, cheap rent, lovely setting. There’s just one teeny tiny little problem : his neighbours ! Two of the nosiest people in the world. And today he’s had enough. It has to stop.
He knocks at the door. From the noises he’s sure they’re making out. Why do they have to be so loud?! A guy opens. Bloody hell, he’s handsome… and half naked! So he was right. They’re in the middle of some dodgy business.
“Hum… Sorry to barge in on you like that but I’m your next door neighbour and…”
“Really? I think we’ve never met. Well, I’m Sakurai Sho. Pleased to meet you” the guy smiles, “Sweetie, come here. Our neighbour has come to introduce himself.”
Wait, that’s not quite what it is… His jaws drop. One of the cutest men (or is he really?) he’s ever seen has just appeared and is waving a hand at him.
“Yoroshiku〜 Ueda Tatsuya”
Oh crap, why does this Ueda guy’s smile make his heart melt so much?
“Will you come inside? We were celebrating a little but please join and we can get to know you better.”

Yamapi is now sitting on a couch with a glass of champagne in his hand.
“So what’s your name love?” Ueda asks while sitting next to him.
“YamaP- Yamashita Tomohisa. Nice to meet you.”
He can’t look the guy in the eyes. He’s so hot! And it’s so awkward to feel him moving closer…
“Er… so you’re celebrating something?” he asks.
“Actually yes” Sho has arrived with some snacks, “for today is our one year anniversary〜”
Yamapi sees him plant a tender kiss on the other one’s lips. His face turns bright red. He has to leave. How did he end up in such a situation?
“Well, then I think I’ll go back to my flat so that you…”
“No, please stay a little longer!” Sho replies. “So tell us Yamashita-san, what’s your job?”
“I’m a teacher…”
“Uso!! You’re so young!” Ueda exclaims. “Ne〜 sensei, what do you teach?”
“Home economics”
“No way! Then you know how to cook. You so have to teach us a few things then because we’re both quite useless, ne love?”
Sho nods. He sits next to Ueda and starts caressing the young man’s back. Oh my, can this get a little more awkward? Yamapi is feeling very uneasy now. He has to leave!
“Well, then maybe I’ll come over another day and show you how to cook eggs… or something…”
This is getting bad. Sho is kissing Ueda and it seems they totally forget he was here as well.
“I can so picture you wearing a cooking apron, sweetie” Sho comments “You’d look so cute.”
Ueda giggles. Yamapi swiftly stands up. The two lovers are now totally making out again (very loudly he notices).

Somehow he managed to get out… Back at his flat he can hear some loud noises and moans coming from next door. Are those two going to make a living hell out of his life? Well, let’s wait and see, shall we?
