So I've decided to change that.
For one, I've been kind of trying to make better food choices - tofu shirataki is an expensive but acceptable noodle replacement, for example. I haven't quite gotten to a "good" diet routine, but I've been cutting beef and ham out of my diet for the most part (once in a while in small amounts is okay) and focusing more on chicken and shrimp for my meat intake.
I also finally got a new iPod - it's just a shuffle, but now it's encouragement to go to the gym, which I did today. I only put in 15 minutes, but it's one of those things I want to try working up.
So, I'm going to try and use LJ as a sort of "work out" journal to keep track of how long I spend at the gym (and on some days how many times I go). If I can force myself to do it long enough it should be become habit.
So for today:
GYM TIME: 15 minutes
EQUIPMENT: Elliptical
