A Day Off
I actually have today off from work, which has been a bit of a rarity. What's even more rare is I'm even up and active. Okay, that's a bit of an exaggeration; my energy is actually revving up a bit as of late, which is really good. I'm very far behind on housework, online communications, some writing I need to get done, some writing I want to get done, and enjoying the Halloween ambience while it's here. The last I'm making up on; I've been watching horror movies today. The first was "Hard Candy" on OnDemand, and now is "Hellraiser: Hellworld" on Sci-Fi. I'm sure some reviews will be coming.
One thing I will be doing is calling my grandmother today; it's her birthday.
We've gotten some cooler weather here, and it's actually feeling like autumn in East TN. the leaves are just now starting to turn, and we'll be in for some gorgeous scenery.
And as another random blip to write about: I've been enjoying HBO's "True Blood" series. I expect I would like the books, possibly even better than the show, but the show has been an enjoybale distraction.
Kinda random today, but at least people know I'm alive. Maybe the next post will be a bit more cohesive. Hope you're all well!
