i had a great weekend/4th of july :)
took a lot of pictures.. if i have time i'll post later.
wednesday - spent july 4th with the best person ever! the weather def. did not stop us. we bought a BUNCH of fireworks at neptunes, and saw the show at springs. very cool.
thursday - worked :( slept at my grandma's since my family left to sarasota. not an interesting day.
friday - orientation @ miu! it was part funny, part disastrous. i didn't have much left to do except pick up my final schedule and my supply kit. little did i know my supply kit consisted of a huge box of like, 108 markers, an art bin with sewing supplies inside, and a 36 inch ruler(s). the markers are badass... 3 tips, every color under the sun. i just needed help from about 4 people on the way to my car. my schedule stayed the same, except my freshmen seminar class is on tuesday instead of friday (good thing). i met a lot of cool people thanks to the ultra sucky icebreakers.
that night i left to sarasota, again with the best person ever! lmao.
saturday - beach beach beach beach beach. all day. i learned how to skimboard... again... well, for the first time. i never did it right before. my cousins brought their skimboard too, so that's what we spent the day doing. didn't break my arm this time, but my whole body is so sore. at night we went to hooters for my 9 year old cousins birthday. i know, it's retarded. food was great though.
sunday - home sweet home.
