holy moly.
lauren and i just went to frontera.
we laughed a lot.
A LOT.
a lot.
after our meal...
the mexican speaking man
politely asked me if we wanted dessert.
i said, jokingly, "i'll take a free daquari- with no alcohol"
he laughed... and then said "strawberry?"
i laughed and said "yes"
(remember, i still think he's joking)
so he said "i will talk to the bartender".
so i take a sip of my lemon-free water...
and here he comes... with a strawberry daquri.
i don't know why, but lauren and i started laughing.
of course, i didn't want to spit my sip pf water everywhere...
so i covered my mouth and tried to gulp it down...
failed...
it squirt through my fingers and my hair was wet...
he handed it to me...
and said "what happened?"
of course, lauren and i were lauging too hard to respond..
he went and got something...
and came back...
and i told him what happened and appologized.
he laughed.
we asked for our ticket...
quite a few times, might i add...
we finally got it...
no daquari on the ticket...
nice man, i tell you...
oh yeah, so then...
i beat lauren home.
that's all.
i guess it's a "had to be there" kind of thing...
oh yes, one more thing...
we rushed home... so lauren could see the new made...
i told her numerous times she'd see it many many other times...
we walk in...
run upstairs...
and she says...
"aww, man. it's a re-run."
