christmas time in the city...country... middle of nowhere? lol
so obviously by the date you can tell its christmas day. we went to st marys for mass last night, though my mom wanted a midnight mass at st philips with candles. hmm... lol, definately didnt want to go there, or a midnight. we ended up opening everything christmas eve. i mentioned it as a joke, and my mom agreed.it was pretty sweet. though by the end of it and passed one in the morning, im dead tired, i guess thats what iget for working in tradesfor three years. :P
christmas day, sooo nice to sleep in, i slept in to almost eleven, definately the latest i have in awhile usually now i find it hard to sleep in past nine. it was weird not to open up stuff in the morning but it was nice to relax.i dont get a morning to myself very often. the gifts last night were awesome and i woke up this morning to cinnamon buns...beautiful. :D
though i wouldve have liked more snow so i couldve gone ski-dooing as per usual, sadly i havent gone out yetsince we've had snow. :( but im hoping we get some more. in january i can start up snowboarding again. :D:D:D:D...anyways back to topic.
i was hoping to steal charbel away for some winter off roading, my new truck is good for that, dispite its incedibly small size that is sometmes annoying. ( i cant wait till the day i can get my 150 back) but th only time i could sneak away was when we would visit a friend in the nursinghome, idtake my truck and no one could stop me when i decided not to take the "direct" route home. weleft really late, so i only got to see himreally late. but his parents werent home so we walked around the housewith ease for the first time since the five months we've been together, and watched sompieces from the sword in the stone. it was nice to see him on christmas, even if he didnt celebrate it.
got back , i managedto convince him to join us at christmas dinner, just for this year though. i gotta say it was one of the best diners ever. :D we finshed the day by watching the emperors new grove, josh justgotit for christmas, but i ended up falling asleep in charbels hug:D
but christmas was nice... really laid back this year, and we helped out alot with the cooking. but lord knows if josh will be coming back next christmas. thoug i woudl love a christmas with the family but with charbel and dad for the whole...day would be perfect.
