Yesterday I woke up at 730 to get dressed and go to work, My title for the day .... caterer, never did i know that this day would be the longest, most nerve wracking , most exciting, painful day of my life. The day started off ruff when we had to load a fan full of supplies, in the hot sun, while wearing our black pants and shirts and CLOSE toed shoes!.... then we were off for a two hour drive when we lost the followers to a flat tire. That was jut the start, then we got to the RV park! were we had to unload everything we loaded and start setting up, this is when the lettuces came pouring down, sometimes tumbling down , but hey what ever it did there was a ton of it and it was my job, melissa and I worked as a team to prepare 456 salads, i cut and sprinkled 3-4 tomatoes over a hunk of lettuces.. this took up atleast an hour and when it came down to it we had more then 1/2 left over at this point we trashed, plate and all, lauren, mel, and i were to serve food cafeteria style, it was great lauren got veggies i got pa pas and mel got pollo! after a long day our feet were hurting and out stomachs were empty, we did get to eat and have cake and margaritas so the day ended up pretty good, on the way home we moaned about out pains and caught a little shut eye and headed back to the restauraunt, we arrived at about 930 where we got a drink and a snack and waited for the van so that we could unload. then the night was over we all went home, i showered and it was great, and i still think that it was the longest day of my life... but who knows, i might do it again, but next time im wearing different shoes fo sho! thats all for now, but matts coming home in 4 days and im soo excited and im waiting and yay! alright ttyl bye bye
