I am the kind of person who always has a ton of unfinished fic projects. Some are fairly new, some -- not so much. Every once in a while I go through my fic folder, and try to finish some WIPs that got abandoned somewhere on the way. Now seems to be the time to do this again, but I have tons of trouble mustering up any fandom motivation. I thought

Supernatural, Dean/Bela, PG-13, mpreg (S3 AU)

This is all kinds of interesting. I love Dean's inner monologue about being pregnant and how it takes a turn at the end from being amusing to hear his complaints, to worrisome about whether he would even be alive.

Also, the fact that its Bela/Dean makes me excited just because there's not enough love for them out in the world.

ANOTHER BELA/DEAN FAN, *throws confetti* There are not enough of us. There are not enough Bela Talbot fans. Bela/Dean is the whole reason I started writing SPN fic, TBH. I wasn't spoiled for what happened to her, and the end of S3 was such a devastating punch in the gut.

FYI, I'm rewatching SPN s1 right now (watching 1x14 as we're speaking), and I have half a mind to also watch s2 and s3 to remind myself all the Bela stuff and finally write you that Dean/Bela fic you prompted months ago :).

There is totally not enough, which I completely don't understand because they had crazy chemistry and they had so much potential. And YES. Bela's one of my favorite characters, defenitely my favorite female SPN character, so I never understand the lack of love she gets.

It is such a devestating end to her character, especially with season three being so short. I've been hoping for years now that they would find a way to bring her back.

I desperately want her back as demon queen of Hell, but I also feel conflicted b/c surely if they brought her back, they would kill her off just as quickly, the way they do all the other female characters. I don't want her to come back just to die. :( Plus, I can't imagine anyone but Lauren Cohan in the role.

And yet. What I would give to finally get Bela/Dean angry!sex. We've had Ruby/Sam and Cas/Meg, it's totally time for Dean to get with a demon...

SO MUCH POTENTIAL. If she had been rescued from Hell, too, in S4 and they had turned to each other for support, ugh, my heart. The diminishment of her storyline in S3 is the number one thing for which I will never forgive the 07-08 Writers' Strike.

YES! That's totally how I want her brought back too. I mean, its Bella. She would totally have become queen of hell, and she would have done it in less time than any demon before her. Yeah, I always worry no matter who the characer is, that whe they bring them back they're going to die. But at the same time, there's a lot of characters I want to see more of, so I'm always incredibly torn. Yeah, I don't think I could picture her played by anyone else either. But with teh right actor, who knows how to copy mannerisms and is just really good, I'd be okay with it. (Though I'd still prefer Lauren because I love her and kind of think she shold be on everything. :D

Word. Do you watch The Walking Dead? I finished S3 literally less than an hour ago, and omg, she is so good. The whole show is absolutely phenomenal, but it's especially such a joy to watch her in a role where she's finally appreciated.

That would be awesome. Bela friends have to stick together and all that. I'm off to friend you now.

I haven't actually. I've heard awesome things about it and Lauren being on it has made me want to watch it. But I've also heard its super gruesome and well, I don't always do good with that. So its on my maybe list.

I'm a complete stranger to mpreg, so my question might be silly, but: is this mystical pregnancy? I mean, are you going to explain how he got pregnant, or will it just be taken for granted in the story?
