Episode: Trial Part 2
One thing before I post the conclusion of my misery:

Dumbledore: -come at the last second- Doesnt he get testimony?
Me: -sigh of relief-
Minister: Well, he has five people testifying for him.
Marauders: -come through the door-
Minister: Okay, so Albus, you go first.
Dumbledore: Thank you, Minister. Kyle came over to my office 2 days before and told me that he had the Dark Mark on his forearm. He explained to me how he got it and how he didnt want, he couldnt take the pain, he wanted to die.
Minister: Well, what is his story?
Dumbledore: I think Kyle would be able to explain it better. He is under vertaserum, aint he?
Minister: Okay. Bring Kyle back up to the stand. Tell us your story, boy.
Me: -extremely nervous- Well, first I was looking through my notes that I wrote to other students when I heard a noise by the window. I went to investigate who it was and I saw Draco Malfoy. Lucius Malfoy's future some that came to the past by a time-turner. He wanted to come tell those 4 over there that I was Slytherin while I was telling them that I was Gryffindor. Well, Draco, so I wouldnt stop him from telling, petrified me. Later, Remus Lupin, that boy over there, found me and unpetrified my body. I asked him where the other 3 were and he told me the Transfiguration room. When I went to go find them, they had a prank set up for me since I had lied to them the whole time I have been here. While they went to go prank more people, Draco Malfoy explained Vold- I mean He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named plan to kill James Potter, that boy over there. Draco used the Imperius Curse upon me, which forced me to go and try and kill James. Well, right before I had finish saying the Killing Curse, Remus Lupin had stopped me from doing so by petrifying me. While they went to go get revenge on Draco Malfoy, He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named came through the window that Draco Malfoy came through and fonjd me on the floor, instead of killing me, he gave me this.
Ministry: Wow that was long. I mean, okay, What do you 4 have to testify for him.
Moony: He kind fo said it all.
Padfoot: Yeah, I guess this was kind of pointless.
Dumbledore: So what is your final say, Minster?
Minster: -sigh- After hereing this, I say he is Innocent. BUT he is sentenced to a year of Therapy at St. Mungos.
Dumbledore: Very well, I'll let him do so.
Minister: Kyle, you can go back to the Hogwarts with Dumbledore since he is already here.
Me: -nods-
Minister: Macnair?
Macnair: Yes, sir?
Minister: Get the Malfoy's.
Macnair: My Pleasure.
