Yeah. It was like a roller coaster. What is funny is that I lead the seminar, and it was so formal.

There were rules. And it was broken up to the beginning, middle, and the end. We openly discussing swallowing or not. What works, what doesn't. Then a time for questions. Hilarious. But even I left learning something.
