I had a conversation with my mom over the dinner-table today. I told her what I thought of Creation [(C) God] ahahahhahahhahaha. but yeah! Being a Biology student opens your eyes to a lot of the wonders of nature - before sec 3, I thought humans were just living beings who walked around carrying out life processes that were very basic and not complicated at all, and all trees did was photosynthesize (didn't understand the mechanics behind this either) and um, exist. and be green. but now I roughly know how everything works at a macro level and it really makes me appreciate how intricate and beautiful and perfect God's creation really is. we as humans, function perfectly, and at such a complex level. no one could have done this but God! actually I'm just here to post this one analogy I made just now, which I think is pretty cute and has made me quite happy!
In the week the world was created God took on the role of a proud parent, sending his kid off to kindergarten for the first time. y'know how worried new parents are - they pack their kids' bags, putting everything in neatly and compartmentalizing things in pockets and packs, making sure everything's in place and the kid won't be missing a thing on their first day of school. ticking off a checklist in their heads - pencilbox, water-bottle, note-book, storybooks, lunchbox with bite-sized apple pieces and a fried egg with bacon and a foldable fork inside. everything tidy and fitting just right into the bag. well; we're God's children, aren't we? (: so when he created people, he kinda gave us everything he knew we'd need - maybe a few luxuries here and there, but not too much, and definitely not too little (I mean, we don't have wings for a reason, right. but we do have kidneys and arms and everything! :D). He packed all our organs and blood vessels and bones into our body-shells just right, made sure everything fit, double-checked and sent us off into the world. and He did it so very perfectly (((: I mean, before Adam and Eve transgressed, we were perfect beings, weren't we? it really stands testament to the wonder of God's creation.
haha didn't mean to sound excessively pious or anything but what a lovely revelation to have! kinda hard to explain this love without sounding either very cheesy or having to rack my brains for hours so yeah. but anyway point is that God is so kind and loving and altruistic and just and Great and I love and admire God so much so yay!!! YAY GOD I LOVE YOU HELLO UP THERE
okay I am Biology Student with Biology EOY in like ten days so brb studyinggg
happy
