So first of all, before anything else happened, this:

Pairing: ICKY

...made me LOL. Then I had to start reading and start feeling stuff.

You have a lovely writing style, and were very effectively able to convey Kalinda's emotions through this whole, sad thing. I know you had concerns by how... well, rape-y, the scenario was. And honestly, if it DID go down like this, Peter is a creepy, coercive, and insensitive bastard, no doubt about it. But the thing is, we have so little information about HOW things went down, only that they DID -- so I don't think you can be faulted for exploring ONE of the possibilities.

Do I hope it went down like this, with Kalinda feeling all sad and creepy and gross about it afterward? No, I don't. I kind of hope she was cold and hard and mostly indifferent to it until she met Alicia and had that veneer irrevocably cracked.

But... it's POSSIBLE. You portrayed one of many potential interpretations of ambiguous canon events, and you did so in a respectful and moving way. So don't feel bad about it, k? You did good.

I refuse to acknowledge it as an ACTUAL pairing, therefore 'icky' was all I had to say about it.

And personally, I also hope Kalinda was cold and really didn't care, but I thought it might be interesting to try and write a scenario that I didn't like, and that was so completely unlike anything I want from this storyline...
