Play Ball

Tampa, FL - It occurs to me that spring training is down to the last eight days I've not posted posted one baseball picture. So under the cut you will find pictures from a spring training game between the New York Yankees and the Minnesota Twins.

A swing and miss during the fifth inning with the Yankees at bat.

The Twins Justin Morneau makes a warm up catch at first.

One of the reasons I'm here and getting accelerated Japanese lesons, Yankees pitcher Kei Igawa prepares to send one sizzling past a batter.

Twins Craig Monroe rounds first on his way to third.

Yankees Colin Curtis is ready to relay the ball to third.

Twins Brian Buscher grins after stealing second.

Twins Carlos Gomez waits for the pitch.

And a good time was had by all.

Baseball is ninety percent mental and the other half is physical.
