holy crap! it was HOT today (freakin 44 with the humidex), especially at work with the steam beds billowing hot moist air at you, all I wanted to do today was come home and take a nice long cold shower.
Hmmmm.... what else is new... oh ya, I got a raise at work! HAHAHAHA it's hilarious, I now make more than this girl michelle who has been working there for 2 years. The night manager pulled me aside and I thought that I was in trouble then he just said that they were pleased with my work and where giving me a raise, and not to tell the other workers how much I was making.
Ooh, the best part of my day: a lady at my church (she's actually cafeteria carol's sister) just came back from Germany and she knows that I love it there and love micha, a german chocolate bar you can't buy here, and she brought me back one. Aww, she's so sweet, I love older people they're all sooo nice, it makes me wish that I had got to spend more time with 3 of my grandparents before they died.
