The pains eased up some today, although it seems I have light tendonitis in my shoulder again. Even so, the workshops on Saturday should be doable. I'm excited about both of them. In the Dynamics of Strength workshop, we're going to learn some exercises that will lead to hanging by our heels, insteps, and neck. I don't expect to be able to do any of them any time soon, but working the exercises into my routine will eventually lead to one of more of the hangs. He's going to cover some lever and meathooks stuff that I've already been working on, but it will be nice to have instruction from another teacher.
I don't know what to expect from the other workshop, the one on aerial straps, but I will be happy to learn anything about straps.
Here are descriptions of the of workshops. I'm taking the Dynamics of Strength and Aerial Straps workshops, both taught by Jan Manke. They should be the third and fifth ones on the list:

I got some nice compliments on my work ethic from my THC supervisors, and offers of letters of recommendation, should I ever need them. I saw a bunch of friends I hadn't seen in months or years.
I hope to be asleep within 45 minutes.
