Looking back at December, I had decided to increase my availability at work from ~20 hours a week to ~38 hours a week. I thought I could balance that with early classes M-F (9:30-12:15 T and Th- now that I'm dropping my 8 AM Java class- and 10-11:50 M, W, and F). What I forgot to consider:
1) Pep Band
2) Just how short-staffed Target would be in January and February (for example, I was a cashier, at Electronics, at the Photo Lab, and on the salesfloor last week and next week; this week, I'm on the floor, in Electronics, a cashier Monday, and possibly helping the stockroom Thursday)
3) Drum Corps
Combine full-time classes, 25-35 hours/week at work (like the $$$, however), DCK, Pep Band, and (somehow) squeezing studying/HW in there, plus re-injuring 2 old injuries (both needing surgery in the future), and having no life outside... and you get a bored, stressed Anthony that has felt like crap for nearly a month.
I think I can say that having all of this on my plate was the biggest mistake in my collegiate career (UofL or Purdue). I just hope that I can keep my grades up this semester- somehow. :-\
