I thought this one was interesting with Layla staring down Boo while she looked up at us. Seconds later Layla lunged and ran down the stairs after Boo.

Sara saw Layla and Boo laying on the pillow again and decided to see if we could pose them. This is the result!

This picture was from a snowboarding trip I took later in the month, but I didn't have pictures to fill this week so I decided to post these. This is a fairly interesting road going through the woods that we ran into after taking a wrong turn on our way to Alpine Valley.

Laurie ended up missing the stomp pad on her snowboard and her foot planted into the snow while she kept moving forward. We had to call ski patrol and this is after they took care of her. In real time, this was my last day of work at ISI in Schaumburg. Monday the 22nd is my first day at CSG Systems in Chicago.

The aftermath of Laurie's ankle. This is what it looked like about an hour after traveling from Alpine Valley to my place. We ended up having spaghetti and Meatballs for dinner.

This photo was taken of the trees after a snowstorm hit us. I thought they looked pretty cool with all the snow being on the trees and non-disturbed and all. I wish I had my DSLR for this one. I started work at CSG Systems as a Senior Systems Programmer and it was amazing. They had an awards meeting in the morning and cooked panckaes for everyone! Good times. Training started and I was able to start installing my environment on my computer.

Picture of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange building in Chicago as seen on one of my morning commutes to work. The walk from Ogalvie station to work is about 15 minutes... not too bad.
