It's the little things in life...
OMGosh. I totally have a new computer. O.O My first brand new computer EVAR. And it is a MacBook. *SO MUCH GLEE* :D!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mom got it for me as a Christmas/V-Day/Birthday/Easter/Graduation/Goodbye present. XD; Yes, all of them combined. Hadda save up present!credit or something. *snrk*
We brought it home late last night, but I was too tired to try and figure the thing out. So I did it this morning. And holy cow. IT IS AWESOME.
I keep finding little things that just amuse the heck outta me. Like, for instance, the power cord? You don't plug it in. IT PLUGS ITSELF IN. Yes. *CRACKUP* Magnetic. Also, it's an extendable power chord. You heard me. There are two parts to it, and you don't have to use both parts. The little plug bit on the main charging unit? COMES OFF. *cackle* And you plug this extension cord into it. And there's little covers on every bit of delicate machinery, which also amused me when I got my iPod. And GAH. So. Awesome.
Sorry, I'm a little enthused at the moment. ^.^;; Just finished downloading Firefox to my new computer and getting it set up almost exactly like I have it on Washu. All I gotta do is transfer the bookmarks over, and we're all set! :D And then there's AIM, and I gotta set up my email...
But I'm still OH SO ESSITED! :D!!!
In other news, I has a birthday party to go to today. ^.^ Luau theme. *much amusement* Too bad I don't have any luau type stuff to wear. XD And it's really too cold to wear anything too warm-weather. Hmmmm... maybe I can throw something together that looks vaguely tropical-ish. *shrug!*
Aaaaand I'm off! Gotta finish setting up my new computar. COMPUTAAAARRRRR. X3!!!
