Astina… I said use tackle!

It is a little embarrassing when you say it like that…!

[And indeed Eagle chuckles sheepishly at the comment. ]

But, it can’t be helped if Astina is a little head strong when it comes to certain things.

[a nod]

Some pokemon don't like to fight. Maybe that's it.

Astina isn’t that kind at all. We have been fighting and gaining levels together for a while now. There must be something about the level 15…

...Some pokemon evolve, so maybe, they don't want to.

Maybe it is something like that. It makes more sense than his not wanting to learn growl! That should be the next move he learns.

Growl just lowers a pokemon's attack, so I can't see why he wouldn't want to learn it.

[Very technical this one]

Neither can I really… but he must have some other plan in mind.
If only I knew what that plan was.

I wish there was a way to translate what pokemon are saying.

Maybe some one could do that… Since Pokemon are so intelligent they should be able to use a communications device.
I’m not sure what the state of technology is like here in Johto though.

They like pokegears, but, it's still hard to understand them. The pokegear doesn't translate for them.

They are very talented at hitting the buttons on PokeGear…
It shouldn’t be too difficult to come up with some kind of translation device. We would need an animal linguist of some kind and a good programmer to turn that into a useable device though.

[Both of which go over his head]

I can ask around.

No, that is alright. You don’t need to put yourself to any trouble. I really have more interest in leaving this world than I have in making a device like that.

Why do you want to leave?

[That idea is foreign to Roxas.]

Because I was in the middle of something very important when I was brought to Johto… [Even if he is pretty certain of the outcome. ] It feels like I should return just to make certain everything worked out just as I thought it would.
