So, get this. I'm at work.... well, obviously, it's the only place I have a computer.
The front door opens, and this guy walks in, doofy looking, sunglasses, woven hat, big grin, but harmless. I go out to the counter, greet him, give him a sweet smile, ask if he needs anything. He says he's never been here, just helping his dad remodel a house in town. We start talking about life, I explain where I go to school, he seems in utter awe. "I've never like been in a big city before, well, like, I was in Chicago once." He asks me about the people, blah blah blah. Then he starts talking and won't stop.
"Well, yeah, I graduated in '03, and like my twentieth year, like I've been in so much trouble. Like, I've been in jail twice, and like I soooo don't want to go back there."
I ask why he was in jail.
"Well, like, I'm gonna say it, and like, you're gonna think I'm like, crazy."
"Oh, come on, what?"
"Well, like, I was drinking my own urine in the skatepark."
Trying desperately to keep a straight face - "Why in the world were you drinking your urine?"
"Like, it's healing. It is! It's healing, like, you can look it up. Like do some, what do you call it, like, do some of your own research on it."
"Okay, I will. Why did they put you in jail for drinking your own urine? *chortle* And why where you doing it in public?"
"Yeah, like it's really healing. I don't know why they put me in jail for it, I guess they like thought I was trying to make a scene."
~ Dad enters and saves day. *chortle*
"Well, like I gotta go. Like, what was your name? Mines Ryan."
*chortle chortle* HAHAHHAHAHahahhahahaha, I couldn't contain myself when he left.... I don't know how I'm going to survive the rest of this day seriously. I'm laughing so hard I'm crying!! He had this goofy grin slapped on his face the ENTIRE time..... I'm forever going to have it imprinted in my memory.
