Café Escapes

This is bzzagent's photo - pretty good and cute and all that jazz, but mine may be better! ;

As most of you know, I am a die hard Bzzagent. I love the products and coupons they send me (for both me and others), and I love blabbing about them to everyone. And sometimes I like t rave bout the product...like the Café Escapes K-Cups.

When I first bought my Keurig brewer, I just bought a few gigantic variety packs with it because I wanted to sample all kinds. What I found, unfortunately, was that a few of the stronger roasts tasted very...well dirt to me. Like they had been left in my brewer for weeks. Or like...socks. There was no amount of my favorite french vanilla creamer packs or sugar that could make me appreciate these bad boys. Most of the time, I drink coffee at work. It's cheap (well, technically it is free for me) and comes in those huge economy sized filled filters and somehow still tastes marvelous with two packets of Sweet N' Low and one cup of my french vanilla creamer per 16 oz of coffee (gee...I don't have it down to a perfect science or anything).

On the weekends I am deprived of my work coffee and have to fend for myself. I decided this morning I would tear into my Café Escapes that my pals at Bzzagent set me up with. I decided to go out on limb and try the Café Caramel, which was a big step for me because I adore all things vanilla and instinctively reached for that one first. My Keurig brews so fast that I almost missed taking photos almost.

STEP ONE
Put the lotion on the skin Just kidding!
Put the k-cup in the Keurig machine. I want to make sure you believe that I was making this particular kind - hey, I'm no liar!

That, my friends, is my favorite mug. It is the only thing I will drink my coffee out of. I got it from my grandma for free. Also notice that CUTE container holding those little k-cups. My variety pack just has them all jumbled in there. :(

STEP TWO
Slam...er...gently drop the top of the Keurig done to make the little needle pierce the k-cup and get that sweet, sweet liquid a droppin'.

Ahhhh...there she goes!

STEP THREE
ENJOY!! Also be sure to give a sassy face as you point out that this is your coffee and no one else's. A little attitude goes a long way.

Let me tell you what. This stuff is DELICIOUS. As I mentioned, I am a cream and sugar girl. I did not have to put ONE DROP of cream or sugar in this. NOT ONE. Honestly, this blows my mind. Honestly, I am tempted to go out and use the coupons Bzzagent gave me for me, myself, and I. But I won't. Because my friends seriously need to try this. I've got quite a few in mind that I will be pushing this on. It is soooooo good. It isn't too thick (I made it on the "big cup" setting of my brewer) and not too sweet - just sweet enough. I'm pretty sensitive to sugar and if I get a mochafrappalattemachiatosensadynewhattawhatta, I immediately dislike it because I think they sweet it up way too much. This is the bomb.

That's right, I said it THE BOMB.
