Well, the lady at work that I mentioned yesterday? Her baby died this morning. They had to induce labor because of an infection that was going to cause serious problems for my co-worker, and so she had to deliver the baby. She was only 1 lb, and she died 20 minutes or so after being born

That is really sad about your friend's baby. My own baby only made it to four months, well, actually only to 14 weeks, but I didn't find out until 16w. I would have been due Tuesday. It is a very sad time, but at least I have a living child. I can't imagine what your friend must be going through losing all of those babies. It's one thing to have an early miscarriage, but if she carried one to term and two late-term losses, the pain must be unmanageable. Just be there for her if she needs you.

Wow, that's just insanely devastating. :( I'm sorry for your friend and for you, Brynne. I can't even imagine- I just don't know what I would do, or even say had that happened to a friend of mine. *hugs*

That is so awful about your co-worker's baby! :( That's just so depressing. I'm going to be sad all day.

It's wonderful news about your other co-worker's baby though! I understand what you mean though. Definitely "cruelly ironic" :/
