I'm going to attempt daily updates including information about my sleep times and how I feel by a rating scale. These are the entries where I'll seem like I'm complaining about how bad I feel, but that's not what it's about at all. When I start the SCD I'll start including nutrition as well. After today's, if you want access to these boring whiney updates, comment away. If you don't comment I'll spare you the rambles and leave your friends pages for much more fun things.
The bottoms of my feet have been sore every morning lately (and the back of my ankles), not sure if it's related to anything besides the extra weight I've collected in the past 5 years.
I finally made it to bed at 9:30 and asleep around 10:10 last night. I don't think I woke up for a bathroom break until Mark came home a 4:00. We spoke a few words and I went back to sleep until 5:30, it wasn't the most restful and I was ready to get up before 5:30, but I LOVE the feeling of sleeping.
Mood 8 I was laughing and joking today. Work is becoming a more fun place.. or I'm becoming a more fun person.
Aches and Pains: 6 My right side derriere and leg have been sore the past few days, it's unlike siatica though. This morning I was sore and cranky and didn't want to be at work. By the end of the day I was still sore and limping but it wasn't as pestering.
Vision: 4 Not bad, a little fuzzy and annoyingly irritating, corner of eye red (maybe I should simply state when the corner ISN'T red)
Bloating: 6 stomach definitley bloated, clothes fitting tight.
Fatique: 7 I tried to get to bed early last night. On paperwork that was supposed to be dated for today I wrote "22-Dec".. before stopping and questioning where I'd picked that up from. I was very spacey today but loved every chance of inner quiet and rest.
Work stress: 8 It's bad right now, the rush is on to get things reassembled and the parts just aren't available. Lot's of computer work to track assemblies that I can rob from other mounts and do the official paperwork to "swap" the items. The good news is a new hiree that's had no choice but to dig in her heals and help. That means time taken to train and answer questions, but all in all, she's done very helpful productive things this week.
