We went to go look at a house we had found online and at the time had not contacted a realtor yet. But it was empty so we peeped inside the windows we could see into. But of course couldn't see upstairs. We liked what we saw and made an appointment to finally see the inside. Brand new kitchen with brand new appliances that have yet to be used. Score. The house itself with 3 acres was in the listing, and it mentioned 4 more acres available. At the moment they are 2 separate parcels meaning we would have to get to separate loans in order to buy them both. But they agreed to combine them into one for us to purchase. Score again. Its out in the country. Trees on both sides of the house across the street, in front of the house and behind the house. So at the moment we have no direct neighbors. But of course we know that doesn't mean it will be that way forever. But we will own whats to the left of us and whats behind us (its a corner lot). After we buy the house well build an over sized garage/shop. Husbands domain, for his workshop. reloading, etc. There is about 2 and 1/2 acres of backyard with out trees, great area for the kids to play in, and then of course all the woods. Hunting, play, and all that good stuff. We are hoping to have vegetable garden, of course we are going to try, but what happens to it, who knows. Lol. We will be in the house before baby's due date. It will be nice to come home to OUR home and know we won't have to move, again.
